This is Ranjan Wewala, a Process Engineer with Masters in Process Technology having 23 years of overall experience including 10 years of Gulf Experience. I have good Functional experience in QA/QC processes, Various Material Production and Process control, Testing, Troubleshooting, Research Analysis, and Report Generation.

My typical Job Responsibilities include:

• Follow QA & QC Procedures of the Project 
• Conduct Meetings with Subcontractors and guide them on Quality Procedures
• Conduct various tests including Soil, Concrete, Steel, Asphalt, Water Tightness, Pressure, and Soil Compaction tests. 
• Prepare RFI’s and handle all site inspections in coordination with Site Engineers. 
• Handle Concreting Activities, Internal Road construction activities 
• Handle all documents related to QA QC and Material Testing reports. 

I am well versed in all testing including Soil, Water, Steel, Concrete, and Asphalt materials, and various testing of control systems like Water Quality Control, Pressure Tests, Compaction test, Air Pollution Control, Calcium Carbonate, and Phosphoric Acid production control.

A major part of my career is spent in the Gulf, in Saudi Arabia and Qatar and I am good at handling a team of workers and extracting efficient work from them. With all my experiences gained through all these years, I am sure I can provide a good production environment with high levels of safety and efficiency.
