I wish to apply for the post of Senior Project Manager post in your company. As a project management executive, I possess overall 21+ years of experience in the field of project management, project execution, clients and stakeholder management; cost management, pre design to post design, site execution to completion.
12+ years of PMC experience ( Client representative,senior project manager,consultant,Real estate developer) in Dubai working with various multinational firms like DG Jones Systech International DCM International delivering diversified projects like High Rise residential Building Townhouses Schools Hotels Hospital Cargo airport Industrial complex Offices Luxurious villas township projects etc.
I have gained the experience to handle the project cost over AED 400 million including individual capacity over AED 200 million from project inception to completion with the all management aspect.
My Education qualification includes Bachelors in Civil Engineering and Master of Construction Project Management at Wolverhampton University (UK).
