Plant Capacity - 25,000 m3 ( Sewage WaterTreatment Plant ,Potable water, Ground water).

Collects samples and identifies concentrations ofchemical, physical or biological characteristics ofwastewater required in accordance withRegulations of Recycled Water & Biosolids Rev-2(2018) requirements (Daily and Monthly basis).

Performs quality control tests on lab equipmentand lab analyses, evaluates procedures andresults for accuracy and determines appropriatemethods.

Calibrates, modifies or repairs instrumentation andcontrol equipment including flowmeter and otherwater quality monitoring equipment.

Kept lab equipment in excellent working order byconducting regular inspections, maintenance andrepair when required.

Evaluate plant operations and assures properadjustment of plant processes, coordinatessampling operations to assure proper balance oftreatment steps and meeting effluentrequirements.

Preparation of SOPs EPA methods and qualitycontrol procedure and process philosophy as perthe current process data and laboratory data &plant cleaning checklist.

Preparation of process control data sheet forresidential operators. (operation and plantmaintenance log sheet like air blower, ras, sas,was pumps, filters, digester, sludge drying bed ¢rifuge etc.,

Be familiar with emergency and evacuationprocedure and the use of appropriate personalprotective equipment and safety system.

Participate in company trainings, emergencyexercise and toolbox talks carried out on -site inorder to become familiar with the different HSEpolices and operating procedure.

Take responsible care for health and safety in theworkplace as well as others who are workingwithin the same premises
