Arrange Import/Export shipment from Suppliers and to Customers.
Request for Freight quotations from Forwarders or Couriers and negotiate.
Arrange shipping documents (Invoice, PL, BL, COO) from Suppliers for clearance
Receive, verify material from Suppliers, make GRN and return damaged goods
Deliver the material to the customers based on the payment and Shipping terms.
Prepare PI, CI, PL, DA to dispatch material and register in the Shipping Log.
Apply for COO through Dubai Chamber and MOFA attestation for invoices.
Reconcile the Freight Invoices and forward to Accounts Department.
Prepare stock reports, update shipment logs.
Visit Dubai Municipality for delivery.
