Represent company on kick off and progress meetings with the Contractors and consultants.
Advice the project management of contractual and statutory safety and loss prevention requirements applicable to project operations / activities.
Reviewing HSE Policy and Plans, OHS Risk Assessment, EIA, JSA/ AHA of the company and contractors
Conduct site visits and issue PAR, CAR, NCN and NCR against non-conformances.

Brief each company personnel and contractors on the client HSE requirements from contractual and up to administrative to ensure safety in the workplace.
Responsible in ensuring safety in downstream facilities such as: Accommodations (labor, junior and senior staff) is free from harm, water supply facilities shall be free from harmful elements, food preparation must be in high standard and critical areas must be microbiologically tested.
Implementation of Heat Stress Management and other training to respond to harsh weather condition
Conduct daily site visit to all critical areas such as plants, construction sites and wellheads, especially on radiographic and pressure test of installed pipes and tanks.
Ensuring safe road crossing activity, pressure testing and radiographic test of installed pipes and in tanks.
Inspecting and Auditing trenches and excavation.
Implementing disciplinary action against erring workers as per client and company Code of Conduct
Monitoring the workers performance in-relation to PTW, LOTO, Lifting Plan and Hot Work Permit.

Responsible in monitoring and making of KPI and submitting statistics report to the client and top management.
Responsible in setting programs for TBT, Internal Training, 3rd party trainings and HSE Company of the company.
Responsible in counterchecking compliances of all Superintendent, Engineers, foreman, supervisors, Site Managers regarding PTW, ARA/TRA, JSA, HERO, TBT, EIA, MS, HAZCOM,MSDS in all sites prior to commence any works or activities.
Served as a lead investigator for any accident/ incidents, near misses, non-compliances in all sites and also responsible on setting up corrective action plan and disciplinary actions when necessary.
