I have 20 years of experience in the field of Hotel industry and has been working as a Pastry chef for the past 16 years .
I have been working in the hotel industry for the past 24 years. As a pastry chef with over 14 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work in various environments such as fine dinning and 5-star hotels. This exposure has allowed me to develop a strong repertoire of pastry skills and techniques ranging from classic French pastries to modern and innovative creations.
