Work with business and technology teams to understand business processes, assess automation feasibility, develop solutions, and monitor the roll out of these solutions including RPA proof of concepts
Experience in evaluating technical decision, review technical deliverables and also take charge in delivery of RPA solutions
Creating and maintaining solution documentation (SDD) with detailed TO-BE process flows, release documents and user training manuals
Developing Bot, reviewing code and deploying bot to production
Approaches development from a modular point of view, ensuring reusability and ease of maintenance
Configure/develop in accordance with best practices ensuring a reliable and hardened automation
Perform testing of the solution in accordance with standardized test practices
Support teams during UAT and Production/Pilot phases
Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
