Leading quality management function for multiple construction projects in a dynamic and MNC environment
Expertise in implementing Quality Management System; devising project quality plans & procedures as per ISO 9001 & other International Standards
Proficient in coordinating with Consultants, Clients and Subcontractors for ensuring effectiveness of QA/QC activities at site; implementing quality procedures and service standards for business excellence
Spearheading testing activities as per Project Specifications and International Standards; preparing Method Statement, ITP & Check List, submission of Material Technical Submittal
Resourceful in conducting internal and second party audits; evaluating control systems with a view to highlight shortcomings & implemented recommendations for the same
Skilled in controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the same
Devising & implementing project specific quality plan, procedures and updating it as per project requirements and ensure the system of process in line
Preparing Method Statements, Check Sheets & ITPs and co-ordination with Consultants
Review of Material Technical Submittals and submission to the Consultants along with samples
Audits (Internal & Subcontractor/Supplier) and follow-ups for close-out activities
Daily site inspections performed by QA/QC Engineers / Inspectors; reviewing their inspection reports, analyzing approval / rejection rate and taking action for improvement
Client’s and external audit (Third Party) and close out actions
Weekly/monthly QA/QC meeting with the Client, Project Manager and Consultants
Ensuring verification of test reports and calibration of all equipment within specific time
Analyzing monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) and coordinating with other departments for further improvement
Submitting weekly & monthly QA/QC report to the Consultants describing all matters relating to site, specially site issues and concerns, proposals, conflicting matters, etc.
Management of Project Hand Over Deliverables; such as Operation & Maintenance Manual, Warranty, Client’s Training, Project Completion etc.
