A conscientious and flexible Primary educator well-versed in using social skills and empathy to manage student behaviour, utilising student feedback using formative and summative assessments to create effective strategies considering students' strengths and weaknesses. My classroom is engaged by providing an inspiring learning experience to students using technology, creativity, differentiation, enthusiasm, interactive learning strategies, and practical lesson planning to motivate and maintain student engagement and progress.

Apart from classroom engagement, I have built solid and positive relationships with students and parents. To conclude, I am a dedicated, organised multitasker with effective communication, a problem solver with the quality to lead.

My recent education in M.A (Leadership and Management) from Middlesex University aided in broadening my knowledge and understanding about education in general; it also widened my significance of Leadership and management whilst gaining specialized knowledge to advance in my career.
