I have 22 years of experience, where I have acquired immense experience in Retail Delivery and Fit-out Management, Facilities Management and Civil Engineering. I have greatly enjoyed this role, I am looking for a new challenge that will provide me with the opportunity to further develop my career.
At present, I am working as Facilities Manager for Uniestate Properties, a leading properties developer across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. Had the opportunity to work on a world class project, Dubai Expo 2020 as Resident Engineer for Design and Built of 42 Pavilion. Worked with Dubai Retail( Dubai Holding) as Assistant Manager- Retail Fit-Out works for their major fit-out works across all assets of Dubai Holding, like Madinat Jumeirah Souq, Emirates Towers, JBR, Bay Avenue, Bay Square, Dubai Wharf and several Community Centers.
I have also worked as the Retail delivery &Facilities Engineer for Burjuman Center ( Al Ghurair Group) for a period of 12 years for all their high-end client fit-out works. The expertise I have in this field will be an added advantage to this position.
