Duties and Responsibilities
- Pre-Construction Quantity Take off and Detailed Bill of Quantities for Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Works.
- Provide Support in Structural, Architectural and Electrical Works whenever needed in order to meet the
Deadline of the submissions.
- Cost Study and Value Engineering.
- Evaluate variation orders from site, as per management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing of schematic estimate on the early stage on tenders.
- Managing all incoming tenders, scheduled deliverables.
- Preparation of Tender Estimate, Bill of Quantities and measure quantity as per tender drawings.
- Checking material quantities of BOQ against consultant issued BOQ
- Pricing the Bill of Quantities.
- Identification of materials not specifically mentioned in the BOQ but included on the scope of works.
- Attending Site Visit, Client Meeting for better understanding of the actual requirements.
- Provide technical clarifications.
- Managing of supplier list.
- Preparation of packages for subcontractor’s / supplier’s
- Coordinating to subcontractor / supplier to get competitive price.
- Preparation of comparison sheet for sub contracts and supplier’s material cost
- Value engineering
- Valuation of sub contract payments, checking of actual installed material base on IFC drawings and ayments.
