I am writing to express my interest in the Guest Service Associate position . I believe that my experience as a guest service associate, coupled with my strong customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure, make me an ideal candidate for this position.

I have been working in the hospitality industry for the past 2 years. My most recent position was as a guest service associate at the Raviz Calicut City. In this role, I was responsible for providing guests with information about the hotel and its amenities, as well as handling any issues they may have had during their stay. I also responsible for room and public area cleaning according to hotel standard. And also responsible for key handling,guest requests, laundry management and so on.

My previous experience has taught me how to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact. I am confident that my communication skills will allow me to provide excellent service to your customers. I am also very comfortable working on my own or as part of a team.
