As a Senior Bid Manager, I lead and manage the end-to-end bid process for complex and strategic proposals across various sectors and geographies. I have more than 20 years of experience in the engineering and environmental consulting industry, where I have developed and delivered successful bids and proposals for multimillion-dollar projects and contracts.

My core competencies include bid strategy, bid planning, bid team management, bid writing, bid review, bid submission, and bid feedback. I also have strong skills in marketing, business development, contracts administration, FIDIC contracts, and claim preparation. I hold an MBA in Management and B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, which enable me to combine technical knowledge with commercial acumen.

My mission is to create value for my clients, stakeholders, and colleagues by delivering high-quality, innovative, and competitive solutions that meet their needs and expectations.

With almost 23 years of post-graduate experience in Bids and Proposals, Business Development, Contracts, and Marketing for engineering and construction support international services firms, I have acquired relevant skills supporting my roles. I am team player and interactive with strong communication skills, ‘’can-do attitude’’ and well-organized to meet the tasks requirements on time.
