CCTV, access control, call for assistance/security intercom system, video intercom system,

structured cabling system, data networking system, parking barrier system, disable toilet alarm,

PA/BGM system, central battery system and fire alarm systems.

Ensuring Safety Compliance: Implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Leading the Team: Providing leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Conducting Safety Audits: Regularly auditing safety practices and addressing any issues.
