A detail – oriented Quantity Surveyor having 3 years of experience in a construction - contracting environment.
Engineering skills along with sound knowledge in POMI & Quantity Surveying. The aptitude to perform fundamental estimating activities typical to the engineering and construction industry is required. In addition, a fundamental understanding of engineering drawings and specifications, as well as good communication skills, and the ability to learn Company utilized software and estimating systems are required.
Familiarity with typical project controls software such as Primavera scheduling software, Estimate/Schedule Transfer tools, Contract Manager, and DMCS (Document and Materials Control System).
