To inspects daily all fresh food items stored to determine possibilities of spoilage and segregate those for priority issuance.
To updates stock cards on all items in the storeroom, seeing to it that the prescribed par stock is maintained.
To maintains an orderly and functional arrangement of all items in the store room.
To prepare inventory of all items in the storeroom.
To prepare purchase requests in the right time according to maximum & minimum stock level.
To ensure a favourable working atmosphere is maintained for the personnel working in the store.
To organize and arrange merchandise according to items characteristics and set standards, and tag newly arrived and/ or returned items as instructed.
To receive merchandise and count it physically and electronically in order to ensure accuracy of information and to ensure they are according to internal invoices and meeting quality standard.
