Worked with the AL AIN CEMENT FACTORY AL AIN 10000TPD Sinoma plant as a Sr. Mechanical technician and Forman from 12 April 2015 to till the date. In Maintenance Department. I worked with Al AIN Cement Factory from 2015 to till the date.

• In Crusher Area replacement of Blow bars, path bars and Hammers of hammer crusher and crusher body liner replacement other maintenance work.
• Apron feeder maintenance such as buckets, rollers and chain replacements work and other maintenance work.
• Reclaimer & Stacker – Reclaimer buckets, chain drive wheel replacement work and other maintenance work.
• Raw Mill – VRM 56.6 Loesche inside the mill Armor ring, scatter ring, Dam ring fabrication and fixing work. Removing and fixing Bladder Accumulator & Piston Cylinder & Hydraulic Cylinder, maintain the Nitrogen gas and filling the gas in both Accumulators piston and bladder.
• Mill roller maintenance such as Roller oil seal and Tyre replacement work.
• In Classifier bottom bearing replacement and Classifier veins blades replacement work.
• In Mill reject chamber scrapper replacement work.
• In Kiln Area, supporting rollers bearing replacement work with under supervision of Expert Engineer, Supporting Rollers bearing temperatures maintaining, and Supporting oil seal and oil Pump replacement work.
• Thrust Roller device maintenance work bearing replacement work.
• Kiln Inlet and out let Nose ring plates replacement work and other related mechanical jobs of Kiln area.
• IKN Cooler Grate cooler- In cooler replacement of cooler plates and maintenance of Beams,
• Cooler crusher rollers replacement and maintenance work.
• Deep Pan Conveyor- Replacements of buckets, maintenance and replacements of drive wheel and Rail and other maintenance work.
• Cement Mill Area – VRM Loesche 55 (3+3) inside the mill Armor ring, scatter ring, Dam ring fabrication and fixing work. Removing and fixing Bladder Accumulator & Piston Cylinder & Hydraulic Cylinder, maintain the Nitrogen gas and filling the gas in both Accumulators piston and bladder.
• Packing Plant - Ventomatic packer and rotopacker – checking of all packers Nozzles and replacement and maintenance of Roto packers and Belt conveyor replacement and Pneumatic lines replacement and repairing work.
• and also in manual loading totally maintenance of packing plant.
• Bucket Elevators chain and belt replacement work (Beumer).

Sr. Mechanical technician & mechanical foreman - Gulf Cement Company - Ras al khaimah UAE

Worked with Gulf Cement Company Ras al khaimah UAE from July 2000 to April 2015. Total 15 years in mechanical departments also Shift Mechanical Foreman jobs.

• Attained all jobs of mechanical maintenance work and also Coal firing system Pfister maintenance work.
