Monitored and Handled low, medium, and high priority incoming tickets through “Expo2020 manage engine” ticketing system.And also quick response and fast communication management across all platforms in Expo2020 Dubai.
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers/ clients in the Expo2020 sites.
Managed the non-business related concerns from the L1 team (fatigue, health, swap of off-s, leaves, absenteeism, etc.
