Started my career as a software professional in 2004 and build a strong base in web development and later entered into digital marketing world. Worked with leading fmcg companies (Pizzahut, Hardees arabia, krispykreme, Best Food Company,Nazih cosmetics) for creating awesome digital campaigns and social media application for boosting customer engagements and sales.

Strong background in CRM (Currently working in Clevertap CRM), managing customer retentions by engaging them through push notifications, email campaigns, web push, customer journey mappings, other live and offline campaigns, bulletins which are fully automated to send price drops and other marketing campaigns. I am working in digitla field for the past 10 years and handson experience in CRM for 2 years.
