As part of the requirements for obtaining the State Engineer Degree, an 9-week research project was conducted to investigate alternatives to antibiotic growth promoters (AGPs) in broiler production. The project combined on-farm monitoring and management with laboratory analyses and scientific data evaluation. The study aimed to assess the effects of a combination of organic acids and phytobiotics on zootechnical performance, meat and carcass quality, and intestinal health in broiler chickens.
