In my previous position as a Captain at Ramsa & Amarbar Lounge at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah, I developed a reputation for leading a dynamic team and ensuring that every guest received top-notch service. I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge and bar, coordinating between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, and maintaining an atmosphere that was welcoming,efficient, and organized. My ability to manage multiple tables, resolve customer concerns, and ensure smooth service flow helped elevate the overall guest experience and resulted in positive feedback and repeat customers.

I am also skilled in training and mentoring staff, ensuring they are well-versed in menu offerings, service standards, and company protocols.
