Currently working at one of the best 5 star hotel "Hili Rayhaan By Rotana, Al Ain, where I am working as a waiter all round in each outlets. I am responsible to welcome guest, and seat them to the suitable tables.
Taking order from guest and upsell different foods or beverage To handle guest complaints and help them to get perfect meal experience To take payment from guest and post in micros and to close it as per the payment done i.e. cash, credit card To open or close restaurant or different outlets as per the requirement.
