This job requires a myriad of multitasking, balancing phones, emails and in person customers with home visits and tailored experiences, which requires me to be quick on my feet, adaptable and good at time management. Furthermore, we have large quantities of IT-based work which has allowed me to hone in my computer skills with both Excel and in-house software.
Regional Ambassador for LG Home Entertainment (May 2023-April 2024)
During my time in this role, I was tasked to train and inform stores within the Eastern region about LG products. During this period, I focused on having a relationship driven direction, taking time to get to learn both the stores and the individuals within them. This allowed me to turn previously underperforming stores into ones that were able to thrive for LG.

Brand Ambassador for Samsung via CPM (May 2022-March 2023)
Here I was tasked to increase the share of business for Samsung in John Lewis for Norwich, which had a reputation for being a difficult store. During my time, I decided to approach it from a different angle, building relationships and trust to find out how to turn it around. In 14 weeks, I managed to get the share of business from 4% up to 34%.

To get back into work after the pandemic, I decided to start a job as a bartender once more. Due to the pandemic, I had to learn to balance the tasks I needed to complete alongside giving an uplifting and entertaining visit whilst working independently.
