- Stock maintenance Dispatch ofshipments -Maintenance and filing of invoice and documents for shipment -Create accurate technical descriptions for items on inventory list -To purchase correct material as per the technical team requirement - Amend stock item descriptions using part No or barcode. - Ensure traceability of inventory items - Update the catalogue as per the new stock arrival - To verify and inspect the new delivery of item as per the purchase order or packing list -To communicate and convince the technical description to the supplier as per request -Allocate the spares for relevant departments as per the job or activity. - Communication with vendor, supplier and contactors to recognize their needs and technical specification. -To identify the spare parts suppliers as per the OEM or to purchase the alternative and equivalent spares -Local Purchase and International purchase -Inspect the shipments and create report on shipment and enter the new arrivals stock to inventory. -Maintain the records as per the management software to support the department to understand stock and availability. -Provide inventory support for management - Resolve cataloging and database problem. -Report, answer questions, transmitting formation, and discuss options for handling library materials. -To ensure updating of stock as per the requirement by discarding dead stock. - Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions
