During my internship at Al Wagan Hospital, I gained hands-on experience across several IT domains, including networking, system administration, IT support, and cybersecurity. My responsibilities included:

• Collaborating with the IT team to enhance and optimize hospital systems through improved network design.
• Providing technical support to multiple users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
• Configuring and assigning static IP addresses to networked printers, improving stability and simplifying management.
