My name is Shifa and I am writing to express my interest in the Mathematics Teacher position. I hold a bachelor's degree in Education and Mathematics and a Master's Degree in Mathematics from Jamia Millia Islamia University, India, with an overall score of 91%, earning the University Gold Medal as the top-ranked student. My dedication to academic pursuits has been recognized through the Govt. of India funded DST-Inspire Scholarship Program in 2020, which chooses the best synopsis among the Gold Medalists of various universities.

In my most recent role as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher at GEMS Education in Dubai, I had the opportunity to teach Mathematics to Key Stage 3 (Grade 8-9) and Key Stage 4 (Grade 10-11) students. My responsibilities included designing engaging lesson plans to enhance in-class participation and utilizing technological tools to improve students' computational skills. I successfully implemented differentiated learning techniques to cater to the diverse needs of students.

The Mathematics

Department in Secondary ended up getting rated as Outstanding during the KHDA Inspection.

Additionally, I had also mentored and trained over 50 students for the International Mathematics Olympiad and coordinated field trips to develop students' understanding of real-world applications of mathematics.

In addition to my academic achievements, I have also acquired practical skills and teaching methodologies through relevant certifications, including:
