My name is Sudesh Udara Nandalal, and I’m applying for the roles of travel consultant, sales and marketing, and business development and operations at your organization. Currently, I am working as a corporate travel consultant at BCD Travel. I’ve spent the last 7 years working at travel agencies, and in that time I’ve advanced from customer service agent to team leader. achieve my targets and also work with the Sabre GDS system for ticketing, reservations, refunds, exchange, loyalty benefits, and after-sales.
Previously, I worked as an executive in business development and operations at a local institute. At that time, I was involved with the strategy and planning part, student counseling, administration, social media marketing, and sales.
