• Provide support to the school principal and management for administrative and financial matters, including participating in school financial decision-making processes.
•  Managing budgets, policies, and events
• Supervision of all accounting transactions up to finalization, VAT returns, and VAT refunds.
• Submitting the fee increase application and uploading financial reports as per the ADEK guidelines
•  active role in all government inspections: ADEK/MOE, MOHRE, DOH, SCAD Survey, civil defense, etc., and renewal of licenses in coordination with PRO.
• Communicate with parents and regulatory bodies.
