I am a highly Motivated, ambitious Construction Planning Engineer with more than 5 years’ experience working in the building construction industry.

Proficient in Planning Tools such as PRIMAVERA P6, MS EXCEL with practical knowledge of working in High Rise Towers, Commercial as well as Residential building construction projects backed with Strong Work Ethics, Efficient Time Management, Excellent Communication and good Analytical Skills.

I am Currently working as a Planning Engineer for Al Ashram Contracting LLC, since December 2018.

Previous experience involves working as a Planning Engineer for Venco Imthiaz Contracting Company in Dubai (7 months) , Fujseng Constructions LLC in Fujairah (1.5 years) and Datta Prasad Builders in India (1 Year)

Primarily, my role involves Preparation of Construction programs using PRIMAVERA P6, Monitoring, Updating and reporting the Project Progress.

• Preparation of the Construction Programs for Pre-tenders, Post-tenders & Baseline Schedules. 
• Manpower estimation and Histograms.
• Preparation of Cash Flow. 
• Monitor and record the progress of activities at site. 
• Generate Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports. 
• Prepare Lookahead Micro level Schedules for Planning and forecasting the upcoming activities and Micro Manage resources. 
• Participate/Present co-ordination meetings with the Management, Execution team/Client/Consultant. 
• Prepare productivity reports, manpower & overtime summaries. 
• Coordinate and follow up with the Execution team including Quality Control, Procurement & Document control for tracking Procurement, Engineering and Delivery. 
• Record delays for Delay Analysis, Claims and Prepare Mitigation Plans to control the impact.

I am Civil Engineering Graduate. Graduated in 2015 from Visveswaraya Technological University, India.
