Over 19 years of experienced Quality Assurance and Quality Control with a strong background in tobacco and Cigarette manufacturing. Skilled in managing QA/QC labs, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and maintaining high product quality inspection of NTM’s such as Filters, Soft labels, Hinge lids and fresh Lock Packs etc. Proficient in monitoring key tobacco parameters.

Adept at implementing CAPA, conducting RCA and driving continuous improvement through Leans and Six Sigma tools. Proven ability to lead quality initiatives, support NPD and uphold strict hygiene and compliance standards in high-volume compared with target values to keep the production tolerances as small as possible.

I have completed my graduation in the year of 2006 and my major subjects are Mathematics, Electronics and Computer Application.
