- Plans and oversee strategic, operational, and administrative programs, projects in the company’s accommodation within the designated functional area of focus.
- Managing the administration, security, maintenance and colleague welfare within the housing facilities including key responsibilities.
- Schedule routine inspections of all staff rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, rooms, equipment, linens, washrooms, lobby etc. are clean.

- Ensure the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and wellbeing of guests, tenants and residents.
- Coordinate with the HR and procurement to maintain data in SAP.
- Control a budget and finances, manage stock levels and order supplies.
- Liaise with other departments within the organisation, such as catering for conferences, and relevant external agencies.

- Conduit between the Management and the staff living at the accommodation for all accommodation-related maintenance and upkeep issues.
- Purchase and procurement related to staff accommodation. Follow up with the purchase orders and the vendors regarding payments.
- Initiatives that will help the company to save water, electricity, and most importantly revenue.
