Managing Window Server 2012, Domain Controller, DHCP, DNS, and Exchange

Uses technical expertise to provide accurate and creative solutions to user problems in a timely manner.
Always provides a high degree of courteous and helpful customer service.
Conducts regular trend analysis, documents, and reports results.
Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems.
Assist in the setup of new PCs.
Install desktop software upgrades as needed.
