o DM License for Interior Fit-out Projects o DM License for G+1 Building Projects o LMV Driving License, Automatic o Membership from the Society of Engineers
o Trained and Certified by Dubai Municipality for Building Control Electronic System o Trained and Certified by Dubai Municipality for Building Permit Control System o Trained and Certified by Emirates Academy for Fire Safety Fundamentals o Trained and Certified by Dynatech for Emergency First Aid o Trained and Certified by Dynatech for General Safety Awareness o Trained and Certified by Trakhees for Trakhees Accreditation Program
o Excellent ability to understand and interpret project scope from the Design Document.
o Ability to work under pressure, control the site activities and resources to ensure the completion of the projects within the estimated cost and time.
o Excellent knowledge about the DM, DCD, DDA, DEWA ,DSO, Tecom and Trakhees procedures and requirements to get an Approval and the Completion.
o Excellent knowledge in the step by step processes of Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire
Alarm, Fire Fight, Air Conditioning and Joinery works.
o Proficiency in BOQ which includes formats, detailing and pricing the scope without missing any of the open and hidden items, what to exclude, terms and conditions.
o Excellent in negotiation capabilities with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure the best contracts.
o Excellent in preparing project schedule and communication to the crew members and client for the adjustments.
o Ability to monitor and control the Project Fund Flow and to evaluate the project status.
o Excellent capacity to handle multiple projects at a time.
o Excellent ability to apply logical and critical thinking skill to the projects.
o Diploma in Civil Engineering o Bachelor Degree in Commerce
