-Manage container return to Local yards/Terminal pool stock, maintain inventory and update shipping portal.

-Coordinate with the sales team and maintain equipment fleet for process bookings.

-Monitor the process of releasing containers to Release Orders (RO) and follow up with the CS team to ensure accuracy.

-Liaise with overseas agents & RO/HO for equipment demand and arrange empty repositioning.

-Documentation, and Coordinate with inland depot/Terminal/Custom to process empty reposition operations.

-Monitor Transshipment operations, export booking and efficiently utilize lost slots with MT Repositioning under dead freight and other slot freight terms and pass PHC, ITT, freight, and yard handling and storage invoices to the accounts team.

-Liaise with other line agents for On-hire and Off-hire processes of equipment as guided by RO/HO.

-Follow up with Consignee for long idling/Custom detain containers and process as to SOP.

-Handling container damage inquiries and managing container deposit accounts and reports to the accounts team.

-Weekly/monthly reporting to the RO/HO.
