I am currently employed as a Business Development Executive for Smart Wing's Intellectual Property division in Dubai. Prior to this role, I worked as an HR Assistant for Namshi Call Centre Services.
As a Business Development Executive at Smart Wings Intellectual Property, I was responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting IP-related services including trademarks, patents, and copyrights. My role involved market research, lead generation, strategic sales planning, and coordinating with legal and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs. I successfully contributed to revenue growth, expanded the client base, and strengthened the company’s presence in the IP services market.
