I’m a legal professional with 5+ years of experience in commercial contracts, intellectual property, media law, and regulatory compliance. I currently work as a Legal Advisor at Par Empire General Trading LLP in Dubai and previously worked as a Senior Legal Executive at KPMG India.

My work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, such as software and licensing contracts, advisory and service agreements, and IP-related documentation. I work closely with business teams and leadership to manage risk, ensure compliance, and keep things moving efficiently.

I have hands-on experience in IP and media law, including trademarks, licensing, and content-related matters. I enjoy handling complex negotiations, building standard templates and processes, and providing practical legal advice that supports business goals.

I hold a B.L.S. LL.B. degree from SVKM’s Pravin Gandhi College of Law, Mumbai. I have also completed specialised certifications in Intellectual Property Rights, including courses from WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) and participation in the UNIGE Summer School at WIPO, Geneva. Additionally, I also hold a Diploma in Journalism from Harkisan Mehta school of Journalism.
