Currently working as a Mechanical Engineer with a focus on assembly engineering, production, manufacturing, technical writing, and industrial engineering 4IR designs in a gun manufacturing firm in their design and development of complex manufacturing tooling designs of assembly firearm parts, Gun/sniper assembly fixtures & cost optimizing CNC fixtures for in-house produced components with tolerance check-up, GD and T, technical notes and DFM, DFA techniques. Other additional works include Industrial Engineering projects at a strategic level on 3D Factory design layouts, lean assembly 4IR layouts, assembly structural fixtures, welded structural frames, pistol assembly line layouts, etc. with technical writing or work instruction (SOPs) as required. Furthermore, project management plan layout, Container conversion plan layout for firearms and heat treatment assembly lab fixtures, and additive manufacturing of engraving lab fixtures are also done.
Generative design for additive manufacturing or 3D printing is also done. Developed manufacturing documentation of the barrel line, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training materials for production personnel. Additionally, cross-collaborating with project managers, operation managers, quality engineers, supply chain, and production assembly to resolve manufacturing issues and implement design changes.
Continuous optimization improvements done in CNC manufacturing designing using SMED tooling and its related fixture assemblies, 5S 3D Factory design layouts for Bahrain, and mistake-proofing poke-yoke designs. Designs have been done in SOLIDWORKS and CATIA V5 in ASME/ISO standards since April 2022. Additionally, finished specializations in Manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Thorough understanding of other lean concepts of value stream mapping (VSM), continuous improvement kaizen ideas on workstations ideas through lean design ideas for operational engineering improvement ideas through advanced core holistic design skills in all manufacturing advanced tooling designs, complex assembly and production structural designs, additive manufacturing generative designs, PLM and excellent data management and drafting skills in multiple CAD packages and mentoring interns.
Designs have been done in SOLIDWORKS and CATIA V5 in ASME/ISO standards since April 2022.
At AL-TARIQ designed parts of guided missiles of high tolerances, jigs, fixtures, and assembly structures.
Gained very good working experience on PTC CREO and WINDCHILL PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), GD, and T and very strong attention to detail in CREO for guided missiles in numerous projects including reverse engineering, 3D scanning.
Did the new development and prototype designs associated with GUIDED BOMBS and its related higher assemblies and electromechanical sub-assemblies, weapon tester, and mobile flight test-facility telemetry station design. Also designed new designs of vibration testing lab and production line fixtures, jigs, and assembly complex weldment structures for containers holding the guided bombs. Managed all phases of the design process in 3d CAD for a multitude of products, parts, and assemblies of bombs including drafting, dimensioning, stack-up analysis, tolerance, and 3D rapid prototyping through the system development engineering cycle.

Mechanical engineering focused on the design department with a broad spectrum of experience in the design and development of complex assembly gun and sniper fixtures, advanced manufacturing fixtures for CNC, Industrial engineering 5S layout designs, and FACTORY 3D designs of assembly, production, and warehouse optimization ideas, gun barrel line technical writing, additive manufacturing generative design fixtures, assembly structural designs and weldments of steel, SHT or heat treatment lab assembly fixtures, Design for 3D printing and lean manufacturing SMED fixtures. All designs are done in 2 software SOLIDWORKS and CATIA V5 for multiple departments including R and D. All drawings and detailing are with GD and T in ISO/ASME standards.
