My name is Peter, and I have been working as a Project Planning Engineer at Gibca Group of Companies for the past 3.5+ years. In this role, I have been responsible for overseeing projects from the moment we receive an order from the client until we obtain the completion certificates. This involves a range of activities, such as shop drawing submission and approval, technical approval, client and site meetings, production file preparation, dispatch coordination, installation arrangements, as well as completion and payment follow-up. Unlike other departments, I have been the sole individual handling all these project-related tasks, reporting directly to my current Project Manager, without the need for a coordinator. @@Throughout my tenure, I have demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, time management, proper coordination, and effective decision-making skills. My consistent delivery of positive outcomes has led to my company recognizing my capabilities, subsequently assigning me the additional role of a document controller for my department. Although this responsibility does not directly align with my primary role, I perceive it as an advantageous opportunity.
