Upon joining Oiltech oil & gas services LLC, I was assigned the role of Project Engineer(Scaffolding). In a short time, I have demonstrated my skills in Planning, Cost Control, and Conflict Management. I have been promoted to Project &Planning Engineer to make sure projects reachtheir desirability and maximize value.

In addition to this, Currently, I am working on acquiring professional certification to support my skills learned with experience in project control and project management skills. (E.g.: - Primavera P6 & PMI-Project Management Program (PMP))

Currently, my job entails a variety of duties and responsibilities, including:

• Project Estimation, Planning, Management, Facilitation and execution.
•  Analyzes evaluates and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule Preparation of annual requirements, Market Analysis, Budget Analysis, Cashflow Analysis, and Cost Control Operations of projects with weekly analytical reports.
• Experience in presenting different PowerPoint presentations for management and clients like Budget analysis, Project progress, Project Kick-off, work breakdown structure & technical presentations.
• Ensure accuracy for all operational requirements for projects and achieve all investment objectives.
• Recommend appropriate improvements and ensure optimal quality of all project schedules and evaluatereports.
• I have extensive knowledgeof scaffolding structures. (Tube & fittings,Cup lock system & All-Round System).Project experience in ADNOC field projects.
• Interview and recruit a scaffolding team.
• Preparing scaffolding Structure in AutoCAD, methodstatement & load calculation. 
• Others:- Preparing and updating integratedschedules, Cost Control,Cost Comparison, ManpowerHistogram, “S” Curves, Key Performances Indicesetc.
