I am Vishnu Raja, a chemical engineer with eight years experience as a chemist from India and gulf countries. Currently I am working as a Laboratory chemist in Revive Middle East Paints , Sharjah UAE
Responsible for Quality Control of incoming Raw materials, intermediates and products.
Maintaining and calibration of Laboratory Equipment’s.
Conducting Lab Tests according to ISO, ASTM standards.
Performing FTIR Analysis and Spectrometer analysis for Products.
Creating New Formulations for Protective Coatings, Industrial Coatings,Emulsions, Putty, TexturePaints Creating New Formulations for Epoxy Coatings, Thermoplastic Coatings, Acrylic and alkyd based paints.
Analysis of Thermoplastic Paints according to AASHTO standards
Color Approval after Tinting and Spectrometer analysis, using draw down card.
Process modification planning , Diagnosis and Preventive action against NCR
Handling other Tasks like Water Treatment and Operating Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer
Maintaining 6S , HSE and Cleanliness inside laboratory.
