Job Profile & Responsibilities as a MEP BIM Modeler: - 

• File setup on Revit to start work on project. 
• Family Creation with parameters & Connectors. 
• Equipment’s Space Planning (MEP) Layout. 
• Piping & Duct Modelling.
• Clash Detection. 
• Co-Ordination with other Services like PHE & HVAC. 
• Sheet Setup in Revit & Export 2D from 3D Model. 
• Modelling a mechanical piping & Ducting system: - Adding mechanical equipment, creating a piping system, adding pipe using auto or manual layout, pipe sizing, Adding valves, Inspection of a system. 
• Working with Annotations and Dimensions: -Creating annotations, creating dimensions, creating a legend. 
• Using Navisworks manage for clash detection report. 
• Clash detection between various MEP services with Architecture & Structure models and internal clashes between MEP services. 
• Search sets for different families and system types for quick access and selection.

• Preparing Schematic Air Flow Diagrams (Ex: Supply Air, Fresh Air, Exhaust Air, Fresh Air) as per client requirement.
• Preparing of Chilled Water P&ID drawings.
• Co-ordination with architects and consultants for site clearances.
• Co-ordination of all services like Plumbing, Electrical, Fire fighting.
• Drafting of Plant Room Layouts.

Preparing As-Built Drawing.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Eiilm University Sikkim 
• X from Board of School of Education, Chinnabadam, Andrapradesh 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 

• Two Year ITI (FITTER: TRADE) from ITC Palasa, Andrapradesh
• Three Months Certificated course of HVAC MEP Designing.
