I worked as the Deputy Head of the Department of Banking Automation at a major bank. In this role,

I was responsible for managing and overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems that support the bank's core operations. My duties included coordinating projects related to the automation of banking processes, ensuring system integration with financial services, and working closely with internal departments and external vendors. I also participated in the strategic planning of IT infrastructure and helped lead a team of engineers and developers to improve operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

One of the key areas I focused on was optimizing SWIFT message processing and integrating it with the bank’s internal systems, which significantly improved processing times and reliability. I also worked on enhancing system security and supporting the transition to more modern technology platforms. This role allowed me to develop strong leadership, project management, and technical skills, as well as gain deep insights into the intersection of banking and IT.
