• Maintaining all payroll data by collecting, calculating, and entering accurate information on a bi-weekly basis.
• Processing bi-weekly hourly and bi-monthly salary wages, bonuses, commissions, allowances, expenses, benefit deductions, new hires and terminations.
• Review clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Maintains an adequate personnel record filing system that meets the needs of the facility and complies with current employment practices.
• Maintain accrued paid time and unpaid time records.
• Assist in completion of annual review/audit.
• Enrollment of employees in benefit plans.
• Other daily Payroll/HR office functions, including scanning, filing and paperwork maintenance.
