I’m a hardworking person, able to work under pressure and communicate effectively with the guests to try to resolve the issues and help them meet their needs and wants . I’ve been working in the hospitality since 16 in different departments and different countries, which helped me understand people and how to help them out with different enquiries .

I’ve started my career in the hospitality from runner, then moved to the reception department from which got promoted to reception supervisor. After working in the restaurants I wanted to learn something new so I moved to Front Office at the hotel, which taught me how to upsell and speak with high end guests.

I’ve been studying Business Management back in college. After completing that year I moved to Architecture and engineering
