Having studied the job description in details, i feel my strength and experience are a perfect match for the role of Nursing Assistant . For example , i am a caring person who gets great job satisfaction from meeting the needs of others. I am a strong communicator , highly organized and work well under pressure.

I understand this job will be extremely challenging at times but i actually prefer to work in a pressurized and Challenging environment where i have the ability to make a difference

Finally , i so much enjoy working as part of a wider team and collaborating with other people ,to meet the needs of the patients,whilst also working towards the organizational goals and delivering on the set values that all staff must abide by
