I acquire a high level of customer service skills to enable satisfaction of needs and to deal with queries efficiently. I have over 5 years of customer service experience which consists of both inbound and outbound calls. I also have experience in the logistics sector as I have previously worked at airports in the UK as well as well known global warehouses such as DHL and UPS.

I have UK qualifications high school diploma including English, Maths and Science. I also completed a Rail Engineering course in the UK and have attended various CPD's during my working career to further develop my customer service, teamwork and health and safety knowledge.
