• Inspect raw material before unloading , make sure that it received with good packaging condition and with a valid expiration date
• isolated rejected raw material in Nonconformity area
• Daily check of warehouse temperature ( range between 15-40 )
• Store raw material in storage condition according to its material safety data sheet
• Carry out all tests regarding the following devices:-

High Performance Liquid Chromatography HPLC - Shimadzu

Differential Scanning calorimetry DSC - Netzsch

Infrared Spectroscopy FTIR - Perkin Elmer

Nitrogen Surface area NSA - Micrometrics

• Dispersion of Ingredients in Compound using Filler Dispersion and Microtome
• Perform other tests for RM such ; Heat Loss , Ash , Calcination , PH Value , Iodine Number , Pour density , DBP , Softening Point , Congealing Point , Oil Content , Tapped Density , Fineness content
• Monitor and Inspect all incoming RM in WH including its Packaging condition , Expiration date
• Issue all COA of Raw materials and inserting data in RMQ
• Follow up of all acceptance & statistical test done by the technician in RM & Chemical Lab.
• Issue SOPs of all Experiments done in RM & Chemical Lab. Review of MSDS of all materials & update them
• Weekly check of concentration of Anti adhesive of batch off of the five lines in mixer , % sulfur transformation of Compound and Fabrics
• Follow up of calibration & repairing of all devices in RM & Chemical Lab. by co-operation with maintenance responsibilities.
• Issue Purchase Order for Chemicals , Glassware and Laboratory consumables
• Calibrate some laboratory instrument using standard calibrated tools
