CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS AND RAINWATER PIPES:
- Supervision of the construction of storm water pipes, roads, curbs, looks and entrances.
- Carry out roadwork, piping and curbing.
- Quantify the work and save the plant material to the site.
- Resolve conflicts and misunderstandings on the site.
- Review and evaluate equipment to ensure specifications are respected.
- Increase customer satisfaction by providing excellent services quality on time.
- Reduce project implementation costs without compromising quality.
- Perform site administration, daily reports, billing, investigation and drawing.
- Manage smooth communication between suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure safe and healthy working conditions on the site.
- Carried out Geophysical studies (Seismic Investigations) of land to evaluate dynamic / elastic properties of soil and subsurface conditions like Shear and Elastic Modulus, Poisson / Damping Ratios and to analyze soil from liquefaction point of view. This study will also be utilized in Front End Engineering Design (FEED).
- Review of the Feasibility Report for finalization for scope of FEED / Basic Design Document.
OIL AND GAS STATION PROJECT
- Design reviews, co-ordination, site supervision and attending progress meetings with the Main Contractor TOTAL-RDC, ENGEN-RDC and PETROCAM.
- Preparation of bill of quantities, tender documents, scope of works, technical specifications, technical drawings, basic engineering detailing for routine maintenance of Plant as well as new requirement of construction.
- Carried out Seismic Investigations of land to evaluate dynamic and elastic properties of soil and subsurface conditions.
- Poisson and Damping Ratios to analyze soil from liquefaction point of view.
- Review of the Feasibility Report for finalization of scope to FEED Basic Design.
- Performing periodic survey in order to check the stability of structures, tank foundations, equipment foundations, jetty deck slabs and all other plant facilities and rectification.
- A member of HSE Committee, participating in weekly, monthly HSE meeting and HAZOP, Job Safety Analysis and addressing supervisors and other staff in terms of tool box talks for compliance of HSE.
- Coordination between Planning Department and Warehouse in order to maintain the minimum stock of the materials in order to face the unplanned plant shutdowns.
- Supervising a staff comprising of Supervisors and Technicians (Skilled & Un-Skilled manpower).
- Resourceful in preparing and evaluating complete list of all possible materials and services to be incorporated in SAP Material, and Service Masters during design of SAP module.
- Preparing conservancy, pumps, pipelines, generator, product filling meters & computers / printers annual maintenance/blanket contracts.
- Routine maintenance of the whole installation including all civil, electrical, mechanical works, railway tracks & vehicles irrespective of the Engineering Discipline.
- Oversaw installation and operation of multiple pipeline systems, including oil, artificial lift gas, saltwater, low, mid, and high pressure gas lines.
- Experiences reading and interpreting maps, drawings, plats, atlas pages, manuals, policies, procedures, dials, and gauges.
RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
- Encourage continuous improvement through measurement and reporting on key operational aspects to senior management.
- Provide specialized guidance on engineering issues unusual or difficult.
- Liaise with customer representatives, other professionals within design teams and contractor’s representatives during construction
- Conduct site visits and surveys.
- Participate in project engineering reviews, studies and site investigations.
- Monitor and inspect the work of subcontractors and other third parties.
- Ensure that the regulations in force in buildings, the NHBRC and any other approved regulatory body achieved.
- Order machinery and equipment, carry out feasibility studies.
- Deal with the complaints of the local population facing disturbances due to construction work, while monitoring of environmental protection measures and notification any hazards / incidents.
- Ensure that all engineering activities are properly encrypted and that the design is delivered to the agreed budget.
- Work closely with all levels of management, engineers and personal field operations.

- Petrocam S.A (Kisangani / RDC)
Supervising construction of terminal and depot of 3 MS storage tanks of 500m3 capacity, each with the implementation of API standards.
- TOTAL RDC (Kinshasa / RDC)
Supervising construction of petrol station: Total 14ere Rue, Total Bibwa, Total Stade, Total Poids-Loud, Total Jenny-Oil, Total Triangle.
- ENGEN RDC (Kinshasa / RDC)
Supervising construction of petrol station: ENGEN Référence, ENGEN Université.
Supervising construction of terminal and depot 3 MS storage tanks of 30m3 and 4 MS storage tanks of 50m3 capacity, all with the implementation of API standards.

WORKED AS SITE PLANNER ENGINEER FOR FTTH, FTTX, R.F AND MICROWAVES

Supervising the site where I was monitoring progress on the site and making sure that everything is done according to the design:
- Site survey and design for a new fiber optical facility installation.
- Interact with clients on projects to ensure that all project-specific standards are respected and encountered during the performing survey work.
- Planning of the installation and construction of Telkom, Vodacom, MTN, Dark Fiber Africa, Micro Fiber Network, Vox, Vumatel.
- Use of excellent planning and coordination skills to indicate the layout of the site positions for the design of all river and air crossings, as well as road crossings, railways and existing services, including level crossings.
- Manage the site and supervise all teams working on it while assisted by team leaders due to many sites to cover.
- Participation in meetings between representatives of the owner and network suppliers to the areas across South Africa to help them offer a quote of how much it can cost to install fiber for the particular area.
- Verification of technical site survey reports (TSSRs) from subcontractors.
- Preparation of bill of quantities, tender documents, scope of works, technical specifications, technical drawings, basic engineering detailing for installation as well as new requirement of construction.
- Composition of the HOD pack "Documentation as built, DIT, CAC and DCP.
