➢ Assist operational asset area leadership team with conducting OE gap assessments and establishing gap closure plans in support of developing the business plan and budget.
➢ Assist operational asset area leadership team with setting OE performance standards and expectations.
➢ Communicate OE topics such as compliance review and incident investigation findings/trends in leadership meetings.
➢ Provide health and safety technical assistance and guidance to Operational Asset Area and contractors
➢ Coordinate annual facility internal reviews for Operational Asset Area, including developing schedule, assembling team, identifying focus areas, assigning roles,conducting meetings, preparing review report, and entering corrective actions into completion tracking system (Corrective Actions Tracking System – CATS).

➢ Actively participate in the Field HES Specialists Community of Practice including meeting minutes, OE/safety moments, topic presentations, incident lessons learned and best practices sharing. Also, communicate information presented to Operational Asset Area

➢ Assist the Emergency ManagementSupervisor and ER Fire Chief with administrative aspects of events such as Malongo Evacuation Drill, Incident Command System training, Oil Spill Response Training or any other event whenever requested
