Application Project Manager

Description

Strong program and project management skills with proven ability to plan, prioritize and deliver complex, concurrent initiatives.

Deep knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Waterfall and hybrid approaches, with the ability to tailor methods to context.

proficiency in SAP landscapes and/or Data platforms (BI, ETL, data lakes, data warehousing) to effectively oversee technical delivery and trade-offs.

Experience with cloud platforms and services (for example AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern CI/CD, DevOps, and automation practices would be added advantage Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, cost control and benefits realization.

Vendor and contract management capability, including SLA design, performance management and commercial negotiation.

Risk management and quality assurance skills to identify, mitigate and escalate issues proactively.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills to interact with business leaders, technical teams and external partners.

Leadership and people-management skills to build, coach and motivate distributed teams and manage performance.
